Nature of the Platform

Private Label Egypt (PLEgypt) is a technology brokerage platform connecting brand owners with vetted Egyptian factories. The platform does not ship or deliver itself, and holds no inventory.

Shipping and delivery happen directly between the buyer and the factory, under the agreement they reach.

Shipping Responsibility

The platform's role

• Providing a secure communication environment between the parties.
• Facilitating negotiation and the exchange of RFQs.
• Connecting parties to vetted logistics partners on request.

The role of each party (factory and brand)

• Agreeing shipping terms (cost, lead time, delivery method).
• Allocating shipping costs (DDP / EXW / FOB / CIF or similar).
• Honouring the terms agreed inside the platform.

Shipping Partners

The platform partners with logistics providers to facilitate domestic and international shipping. Parties may use these partnerships at their discretion. Shipping details and pricing are arranged directly with the chosen logistics partner.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on:

• Production time: set by the factory based on quantity and specification.
• Shipping method: road, air, or sea.
• Destination: domestic Egypt or export.

The platform is not responsible for any delay caused by production, shipping, or customs.

International Shipping & Export

For export orders, both parties are responsible for:

• Obtaining the required export and import documentation.
• Complying with customs regulations in the importing country.
• Bearing any customs duties or taxes due.

The platform can facilitate introductions to specialised customs clearance partners when needed.

Disputes

If a disagreement arises between the parties about shipping or delivery, you can raise it via the contact page. Our team mediates in good faith to help the parties reach a resolution.
